Job Description

We are seeking a Machinist to support production by delivering high-quality machined parts and maintaining efficient shop operations. This role includes setup, troubleshooting, and providing backup support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Machine and fabricate parts/tooling from prints or without drawings
Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes
Repair or rebuild production tooling and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, including basic GD&T
Work with Engineering on prototypes and product testing
Design tooling/fixtures to improve efficiency
Create purchase requisitions for shop needs
Machine materials such as carbon, aluminum, stainless steel, and nickel alloys
Collaborate with Sales and Engineering on estimates and lead times

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred
Strong math skills (trigonometry and analytical geometry)
Blueprint reading required
CAD/CAM experience required
2+ years technical training and 3+ years machining experience
