Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description:The HR People Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing hands-on HR support to drive workforce performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with leaders and employees to manage employee relations, talent initiatives, organizational change, and HR programs.Key Responsibilities* Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance and data-driven solutions on workforce and people matters.* Support employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, attendance management, and policy interpretation.* Advise on talent management activities including workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, retention, and DEI initiatives.* Support organizational changes, business transformations, and workforce integration activities.* Provide guidance on compensation, recognition, and total rewards programs.* Resolve employee and leader inquiries through HR service channels and prevent issue escalation.* Communicate HR policies, programs, and best practices to leaders and employees.* Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business stakeholders on key people initiatives.* Promote an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.* 5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations experience preferred.* Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR policies.* Experience supporting unionized or labor-sensitive environments is an advantage.* Excellent consulting, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.* Proficiency with HR technology, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools.* Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders.* Collaborative and customer-focused approach.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Passion for building an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
