We combine deep technical expertise with a responsive, agile approach to support mission-critical projects.Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage mission networks and laboratory environments at NAWCWD, Point Mugu, CA. This role requires expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Microsoft Windows Server, virtualization, containerization, automation, and secure system sustainment in a DoD environment.Key Responsibilities:Plan, deploy, and maintain enterprise server infrastructureAdminister RHEL and Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and enterprise storageManage containerized workloads (Docker/Podman) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)Develop automation scripts using Bash and PowerShellEnsure systems comply with DoD cybersecurity policies and DISA STIGsMonitor, troubleshoot, and provide Tier 2 support for infrastructure issuesQualifications:Active DoD Top Secret clearance required5–7+ years enterprise systems administration experience2+ years RHEL administration experienceDoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+)Preferred:Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)Microsoft Windows Server certificationsExperience with Nutanix, Rubrik, InfoBlox, LogRhythm, Tanium, SCCM/MECM/Intune
