Production ManagerThe Production Manager will be an integral part of the team who will lead a team of Project Managers and Installation crews supporting multiple trades in the commercial interior construction space. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations of the business, this individual will have full responsibility for overseeing all project relationships, managing customer expectations across job sites, bringing projects to completion on time and under budget, maintaining high quality standards, and fostering a high-performance team-driven work culture that upholds our mission of providing best in the world project management and craftsmanship.The working environment at Bonitz is fast-paced, rewarding, and team-oriented. Bonitz has divisions in SC, NC, GA, TN, VA, LA, and FL.Position Essential Duties:Manage a team of 8-12 Project Managers and dozens of projects in the market.Responsible for the financial performance of each project.Ability to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of multiple projects.Recognize and mitigate all potential safety concerns on all active jobsites.Meets and exceeds all safety requirements.Job Responsibilities:Pre-ConstructionDevelop and sustain strong relationships with general contractors, end-use customers, and internal team members across the company.Plans, coordinates, and oversees all tasks, critical dates, client and third-party interface and relations, as well as performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.ConstructionSupports Project Manager team relationships with General Contractors (GC).Oversee field operations (manpower and installations) to guarantee the work is done per plans, per project specifications, and meeting completion schedules.Coordinate multiple installation crews and maintain job schedules.Assists in solving all varieties of project problems.Post-ConstructionVerify quality of installation, project scope completion, and Customer satisfaction.TravelTravel to various project sites required. A monthly car allowance will be provided as a company benefit.
