Structured mentorship program Unlimited CEUs through FYZICAL College Company-paid certifications in Balance, Orthopedics & Pelvic Health Earn a $1,000 salary increase for every certification completed $1,200 annual CEU reimbursement Leadership and advancement opportunities What You’ll Be Doing Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility Educate patients on home exercise programs Monitor progress and communicate updates with the Physical Therapist Complete timely documentation using AI-assisted technology Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care Team-oriented mindset New graduates encouraged to apply Why Choose FYZICAL?
