Harbor Community Clinic seeks a Lab Tech/Phlebotomist to support our mission-driven team in San Pedro, CA. This role is responsible for accurate blood collection, specimen processing, and basic lab testing to support primary and preventive care for underserved patients. Duties include venipuncture, labeling, preparing specimens for reference labs, maintaining equipment, quality control, and documentation in the EHR. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, culturally sensitive, and committed to health equity in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.
