Logistics Automation Project Manager

Overview The client is looking to automate part of their logistics processes to increase transparency, traceability and to support future rate increments. Projects 2 main projects: Project to be handled up to end of the pilot phase. Evaluation of the current process, logistics readiness and validation of system capabilities (SAP/ARP). Cost analysis and feasibility of different technologies (Robotic Picking, AGV, Guided Tug Train etc.). Benchmarking and conceptualization with the suitable technology.
