At Magna, you will be part of an international, dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality products and shaping the future of mobility.## ## **Job Responsibilities:*** In Line Inspection* Leak Testing* Documentation Repair welds* Camera-Offset* Riveting* Operating machines or using manual methods in a safe manner to meet production goals.* Assess welds to ensure cleanliness and within designated specifications of customer requirements.* Repair robot welds as needed* Conduct test to evaluate weld quality* Collaborate with engineeringing to address issues* Trains other employees as needed.**Requirements:*** Graduation from related trade school or high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least 1-3 years of related experience or combination of education and experience.* 1-3 years of experience TIG welding. Experience with aluminum strongly preferred.* Knowledge and ability to assess metal structures to identify and initaiate repair of damaged welds.* Ability to measure close tolerances (Metric & Imperial)* Knowledge and ability to use small tools, operate air/hand toold, welders, grinder and buffing machines.## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:**At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
