Working on heavy-duty material handling equipment — conveyors, platforms, custom steel systems — This isn't assembly-line repetition; it's build-to-print fabrication work where accuracy and craftsmanship actually matter to the finished product.

What you'll be doing:

• Reading blueprints and fabrication drawings to build components from mild steel, stainless, and aluminum
• MIG and/or TIG welding on structural and precision components
• Operating cutting, forming, and laser-cut equipment as part of the fab process
• Fitting and assembling parts to spec before final weld
• Quality-checking your own work against print tolerances
• Working alongside a small, hands-on production team — not a massive line, so your work is visible

What you need to bring:

• 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
• MIG welding required; TIG a strong plus
• Experience with multiple metal types (steel, stainless, aluminum) preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring tools, and fab shop equipment safely
• Steel-toed boots and reliable attendance — this is a shop, not a desk
