Production Operator

With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide.

We are currently searching for Production Operator to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, SC

What you will do:

Build molded interior carpets, dash insulators, truck trims, and wheel arch liners for the automotive industry
Be able to lift 40 lbs throughout an entire shift
Other duties as assigned by management

Starting wages of $19.26 an hour (plus shift premium for off shifts)
Wage increases to $20.26 an hour after 90 days (plus shift premium for off shifts)

What you will bring:

Motivation and Dedication - Need individuals who have a desire to learn new skills
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of manufacturing experience

Travel Requirements: NONE

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
Work in a team environment, Be a Team Player
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
