Location 32nd Avenue Building Job Title Float Pool – MED SURG – 32ND HOSP Job Responsibilities Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, meeting the requirements of the Joint Commission and other regulatory or accrediting agencies. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of North Dakota. BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire. Career Ladder & Incentives Float Pool Premium Incentive pay on top of base wage. Hiring incentive up to $7,500 for ADN candidates and up to $10,000 for BSN candidates.
