Improve client satisfaction, retention, and NPS performance. Build operational systems and processes supporting sustainable long‑term growth. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Maintain strong knowledge of financial statements, profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency. Ensure responsible stewardship of company resources and financial performance. Cultivate strong relationships with employees, clients, independent contractors, vendors, and community partners. Represent the company professionally within the Milwaukee business community.
