• Experience: New grads to experienced RNs welcome; preference for pediatric and critical care experience

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality postoperative care to PACU patients in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Reassess patients regularly to monitor progress and modify care as needed
• Collaborate with team members, physicians, and families to ensure safe discharge planning
• Perform Point of Care testing and document interventions accurately
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Float to other surgical units as needed, supporting hospital-wide patient care

What You Need

Required:

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications via AHA
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered focus
• Ability to work 4, 10-hour shifts per week

Preferred:

• Pediatric, critical care, or PACU experience
• Additional certifications or relevant clinical experience
