Senior Analytics Engineer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities:
- Senior Analytics Engineer will lead solution design and delivery for enterprise data and analytics initiatives
- Partner with architects, business stakeholders, and client teams to develop scalable data solutions
- Design and optimize dimensional data models for reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements
- As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will build and oversee ETL/ELT processes, data integration workflows, and data quality controls
- Lead technical discussions with clients and provide guidance on analytics architecture and best practices
- Support data governance, reporting, and risk management initiatives
- 10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data warehousing
- Strong experience with dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT frameworks
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions
- Advanced SQL expertise, including performance optimization and complex query development
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
- Proven ability to drive technical solutioning and collaborate effectively with architects, business leaders, and clients
- Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or Risk Consulting experience
- Exposure to regulatory reporting, risk data aggregation, BCBS 239, or enterprise reporting initiatives
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and analytics ecosystems
- Consulting or professional services experience
