Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment. You'll integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical expertise to care for diverse patient populations, utilizing a systematic and thoughtful approach. You'll also:

• Provide professional nursing care on 4NW and potentially other clinical areas as required by staffing needs.
• Supervise and direct delegated nursing tasks in alignment with educational preparation and abilities.
• Apply critical thinking skills to respond to patient needs and clinical situations with expertise and empathy.

What You Will Need:

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain upon hire). NIHSS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
