Insurance Sales Specialist

The McKay Life Agency is growing. In partnership with a nationally recognized financial services organization, we are selectively bringing on motivated professionals to work within a high-performance, mentorship-driven environment. This is a 100% remote role with flexible scheduling, available full-time or part-time. You will work directly with families across the country, providing real solutions that protect their futures and build long-term financial security, including:
- Mortgage protection
- Retirement planning
- Debt elimination through specialized insurance strategies
- Meet with clients who have requested information regarding protecting their family and finances via Zoom or phone
- Educate families on insurance-based solutions that safeguard mortgages, create retirement strategies, and support debt elimination
- Follow a proven, repeatable system designed to simplify the process and maximize success
- Participate in direct mentorship, structured training, and leadership development
- Self-motivated, coachable professionals seeking a meaningful and scalable career
- Strong communicators who enjoy helping families create financial security
- Individuals who either hold or are willing to obtain a state Life and Health insurance license
