Youll help identify, assess, and reduce compliance risk in a regulated healthcare environment while living our iCare values every step of the way./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliMonitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (HIPAA, CMS, ERISA, and related frameworks)/liliConduct internal audits and risk assessments; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions/liliInvestigate compliance concerns and complaints with integrity and discretion/liliSupport the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures/liliPartner cross-functionally (Legal, Operations, IT, Clinical) to embed compliance into daily operations/liliAssist with privacy program activities, including breach response and regulatory reporting/liliMaintain clear, accurate documentation and compliance metrics/liliTrack compliance obligations across multiple states and monitor regulatory changes/li/ulpWhat Success Looks Like in This Role/ppYou bring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the confidence to speak up when something doesnt look right.
