Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise the maintenance team for DBSG assets. Responsible for strategic planning, employee development, and project objectives. Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the business. Create and maintain a culture of compliant operations. Develop and sustain a culture of high performance and accountability. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules, communicate daily assignments, and oversee completion. Work closely with Reliability for effective maintenance programs. Coordinate with support services for inventory and cost controls. Implement maintenance plans and manage resources. Assist with budget development and adherence. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred. Leadership experience preferred. Three (3) years maintenance experience required. Oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
