The Role:
- Location: Longmont, CO
- Dates Needed: Any 3 Days between 12/7/26-12/17/26
- Shift Type: 24 hour call (7a-7a)
- Total of 11-12 shifts needed per month for all locums. Site will not schedule providers for more than 2-3 day stints.
- Cases: GYN emergencies; Obstetrics including C-section
- Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call; Trauma Level III
- Average worked callback hours: Weekday - 2.9hours, weekend 5.36 hours
- Site Charting System: EPIC
- Support Staff: RN
- Certification Requirements: Board Certified OBGYN, Active CO License or IMLC, Active DEA
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days temps / 120 days full
