Job Description Qualifications/ Preferred Qualifications Experience in SDLC methodologies, Agile, Iterative, Waterfall Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business areas Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands Documented experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project, but also project management and SDCL software tools Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products Support diverse and inclusive work environment Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities Education BA or BS in Management, Health Administration, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred At least 3 years of experience in management of complex project procurement and implementations Location : ( Atlanta, GA ) Disclaimer: Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
