Job Description Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement HCP marketing plans to accelerate SKYRIZI growth in Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), a key brand in Rheumatology. Lead strategy development and execution within a team environment to support patient access and brand success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, KOLs, and partners to drive business goals. Key Responsibilities Include Understand patient and HCP needs; ensure marketing activities align accordingly. Develop innovative go-to-market strategies to increase disease awareness and brand preference. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Ensure regulatory compliance and integration across teams. Manage marketing budget and multiple projects efficiently. Evaluate and improve marketing programs continuously. Apply new technologies and support sales initiatives. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong planning and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or 5+ years of relevant marketing experience. Additional Information This job is active and accepting applications.
