Conoryea & Associates American Family Insurance is looking for a Licensed Sales Producer to join our Eagan team. We prefer candidates who are already licensed and have insurance sales experience , but we're also open to the right unlicensed candidate with a strong sales background and the drive to succeed.

This is a hybrid position with a supportive team, strong work-life balance, and the opportunity to earn based on your performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' goals.
• Recommend insurance solutions that fit each customer's needs.
• Prepare and present personalized quotes.
• Explain coverage options, products, and discounts.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
• Work with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.

What We're Looking For
Licensed and experienced insurance sales professionals are preferred. However, strong sales candidates who are not yet licensed are encouraged to apply.

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales experience required for unlicensed candidates.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, professional, and coachable.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable learning technology, CRM systems, and agency software.
• Self-motivated while still being a strong team player.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license if not already licensed.
