Pay: $ 16.00 Hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM, Overtime when needed Location: North Las Vegas, 89032 Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors, job applicants, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments. Manage the sign-in process for applicants and ensure completion of necessary forms and documentation. Assist candidates with application processes, including form completion, resume collection, and interview scheduling. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk, lobby, and reception area. Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and document preparation. Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide support to recruiters and staffing coordinators as needed (e.g., verifying references, confirming appointments, preparing onboarding packets). Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus. 1+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience (preferably in a staffing or human resources environment). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS or HR software is a plus. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
