Clinical Pharmacy Specialist: Optimize Drug Therapy
SSM Health Care of Oklahoma, Inc.
SSM Health Care of Oklahoma, Inc. is seeking a qualified pharmacist to optimize patient care through effective drug therapy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting drug therapy monitoring, making medication recommendations, and providing education to pharmacy staff and healthcare providers. Candidates must have a Pharmacy degree from an accredited school and either two years of experience or a completed PGY1 residency.
