RN - Behavioral Health

Shift: 12-hour day shift, with variable hours from 7 AM to 7 PM. Assignment Duration This is an 8-week contract position. Job Description The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a Behavioral Health Unit. This role requires a focus on patient assessments, medication administration, and collaborative treatment planning to support the mental health needs of patients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Provide a supportive environment to enhance patient well-being. Participate in treatment team meetings and case discussions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Behavioral Health specialty is required.
