Maintenance Director

Traditions N Willow RES 1703 W 86th St Indianapolis, IN 46260, USA As the Maintenance Director, you’ll oversee all aspects of building operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, safety, and compliance. You’ll lead a small team and roll up your sleeves yourself to ensure resident apartments, common areas, and grounds are well cared for. This role requires both technical know-how and a warm, resident-first attitude.
