As part of the Group Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team based in our HQ in Geneva, you will support in the management of university relations, campus events organization and employer branding activities ensuring a uniform and attractive brand presence for Richemont globally. YOUR TASKS ARE: Support in the management of campus engagement projects to raise awareness and recruit the next generation of talent across our different functions Support in the organization of campus events Report and track KPIs linked to our campus engagements and events Create, edit and review content for both our online and offline activations Create targeted communication across our different media channels Edit, design and fine tune visual content for our different media channels Support in the reporting and tracking of our communication KPIs Support with many other TA and EB ad hoc activities and projects, as they occur HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? You are currently enrolled in a Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources or similar. You have experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and/or other image editing tools and enjoy graphic design activities Good knowledge of social media and communication channels Creative, resourceful and with an open mindset towards continuous learning Excellent written and oral English language skills, another language is a plus Ability to plan, co-ordinate and react quickly to changes High attention to detail You are available to start a 6-months internship in July 2026 You have an internship agreement with your school/university WHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?
