Practice Manager
We are partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy outpatient clinic. This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone with strong healthcare operations and people management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations
- Supervise administrative and clinical support staff
- Monitor workflows, productivity, and patient satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Partner with providers and executive leadership
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiencies
- Support revenue cycle and practice performance initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of healthcare management experience
- Experience leading medical office teams
- Strong operational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree preferred
