Home Care RN

Schedule: Monday - Friday (with weekend rotation approximately every 4th week)

Assignment Details: Full Time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• General Certifications (BLS/BCLS)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician's order.
• Serve as Case Manager in cases where this position is the lead discipline.
