Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. are looking to hire a full-time Business Services Specialist to support our Environmental Solutions team out of our Asbury Park, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative/reception experience. A candidate who has experience working for engineering companies is a BIG PLUS!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

Track projects, proposals and any other related items Assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports Compose and/or draft correspondences and reports Create, distribute and track client invoices Track, process and submit expense reports via ChromeRiver Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision Ability to work within a team environment Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required 3+ years of relevant office or administrative experience. Experience working in an engineering, construction, or environmental field is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision Ability to work within a team environment Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.

COMPENSATION

Salary range is $21 to $26 per hour. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
