Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Amergis is actively looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse for a long-term assignment! This is a full-time position in Chicago, IL, please see position details below.

Position: Home Health RN

Schedule: Days, flexible

Hours: Full-time

Caseload: 20-25 visits per week

Service Areas: Lincoln Park, Logan Square, Noble Square, Lakeview, and River North areas

Experience:

- 1+ years of recent Home Health, servicing several patients per day

- Proficiency in - Start of Care, Routine, Recertifications, and OASIS

- Axxess preferred


Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
