Strategic services growth leader responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling new revenue streams and service-led consumer experiences across Nike Direct North America. This role drives the expansion of Elevated and Signature Services by translating consumer, marketplace, and business insights into profitable Store Services growth opportunities that strengthen brand differentiation, deepen consumer engagement, and unlock incremental revenue. The Lead, Services Growth & Development partners with a highly cross-functional team across Nike Direct and Marketplace partners to build and execute a multi-year Store Services growth roadmap.

You'll work at the intersection of consumer experience, retail innovation, and business growth. This role partners closely with Marketplace Partners, B2B Partnerships, Store Concepts, Retail Marketing, Sport Marketing, Nike Direct Stores, Digital Commerce, Geo Experience teams, and cross-functional business leaders. You will serve as a catalyst for growth, connecting consumer insights, market opportunities, and operational capabilities to create scalable service experiences that drive business impact.

What You'll Work On

• Lead the development and execution of Nike Direct NA's services growth strategy, identifying new revenue and consumer engagement opportunities across Elevated and Signature Services.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging service concepts, partnerships, and Store Services business models that drive incremental growth and strengthen Nike's competitive advantage.
• Partner with Marketplace teams to develop service offerings that enhance the consumer experience and extend the reach of Nike Direct capabilities.
• Build and scale B2B partnership opportunities that unlock new service-led revenue streams and deepen relationships with external partners.
• Collaborate with Store Concepts teams to integrate innovative service experiences into future retail environments and elevate the role of services within physical retail.
• Partner with Sport Marketing and Retail Marketing teams to create service experiences that amplify brand storytelling, athlete connections, membership value, and consumer engagement.
• Develop business cases, growth forecasts, and success metrics to support investment decisions and service expansion strategies.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry innovations to identify future growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional planning and governance forums to align stakeholders, prioritize opportunities, and accelerate service scaling efforts.
• Establish measurement frameworks to assess service performance, consumer adoption, profitability, and long-term growth potential.

Accountabilities

• Define and execute the North America services growth and expansion roadmap.
• Identify and deliver new revenue-generating opportunities across Elevated and Signature Services.
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships with marketplace, B2B, and key retail partners.
• Accelerate adoption and expansion of service offerings across Nike Direct consumer touch points.
• Develop scalable frameworks for evaluating, piloting, and commercializing new service concepts.
• Deliver measurable growth in service participation, engagement, revenue contribution, and consumer value.
• Influence investment priorities and long-term strategy through consumer and market insights.
• Ensure services growth initiatives align with Nike Direct, Marketplace, and North America business objectives.
