We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to become an essential part of our dynamic dental team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24 - $34 and comprehensive benefits. • Eaglesoft
• General Dentistry

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required.
Proficient knowledge of dental anatomy, procedures, and terminology.
Hands-on experience with dental assisting, including taking X-rays and general dentistry practices.
Familiarity with medical documentation, coding, and record-keeping.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Description

Assist dentists chairside during examinations, treatments, and dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure materials are ready for use.
Take and develop X-rays adhering to safety protocols and infection control standards.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.
Manage appointment scheduling and provide occasional support with front office duties.
Monitor patient vital signs and ensure comfort and safety throughout appointments.
Uphold aseptic techniques and infection control to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Stay current with dental terminology, emerging techniques, and dental technology including 3D scanners.
