Dispute Resolution Specialist

Managing transaction disputes remotely, the full-time Dispute Resolution Officer will investigate and resolve issues across various payment products while ensuring compliance with scheme rules and minimizing financial risk to the business. Key Responsibilities Receive, log, and manage disputes from merchants, banks, and internal teams, tracking them from initiation to resolution Ensure compliance with scheme rules for international and domestic disputes, managing documentation and evidence submission Liaise with stakeholders to provide updates and support merchant/customer support teams with accurate information Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 3 - 5 years of experience in payments operations, disputes, or customer operations Strong understanding of transaction life cycles and ability to interpret transaction logs and reports Knowledge of card schemes (VISA, Mastercard) is a strong plus Experience in fintech or banking is an advantage
