Job Description Role: Campus Operations Coordinator-Summer Location: Thornwood, NY Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 / Hour - Based on experience Housing provided and required of the role) *All applicants must be age 21 or older EF is the world’s leading educational travel provider with over 55 years of experience. About The Role In this role, you will assist the Campus Manager on all aspects of the campus, support the local and international staff, and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction. Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to: Assist with student arrivals and departures andspecial eventslike orientations and graduation ceremonies. Work with the Campus Manager to handle student discipline and behavior concerns Be available to work afternoon and evening shifts, including some weekends and front desk coverage. Assist with any emergency situations, should they arise. Liaise with other campus management teams such as: Academics, Activities, Student Experience, and Accommodations, to ensure overall student satisfaction. Organize and manage all documentation requirements per the Department of Health regulations. Preferred Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience. Administrative experience. Excels under pressure. Strong communicator. Able to work independently and lead a team with little oversight from a manager. Decisive- able toact fast and make informed decisions in the moment. Passionate about customer service and quality. Must be legally able to work in theU.S (United States)or have a work permit .
