Assistant Branch Manager Details:
- Temporary position
- $ 26.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift
The Assistant Branch Manager partners with the Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, employee development, safety, compliance, inventory accuracy, and profitable growth. This role leads by example, fosters a positive and productive work environment, promotes the company's core values, and assumes full responsibility for branch operations in the Branch Manager's absence. The Assistant Branch Manager supports team performance, drives continuous improvement, and helps achieve branch goals through effective leadership, communication, and operational execution.
Assistant Branch Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field with 2+ years of leadership experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
- Experience supervising warehouse or industrial distribution operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Prophet 21 or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
