About the Role

As an Operations Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth for our clients across the United States. Your primary focus will be to analyze current operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored strategies that optimize service delivery and resource management. You will collaborate closely with management teams to implement best practices that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations consulting or a similar role within the accommodation and food services industry.
