Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Fall River, MA

Pay Range: $32.00

Shift: Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm & Friday 7:30am-11:30am

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery including motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns on molding machines, extruders, chillers, and other industrial equipment
• Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors for service support and project completion
• Interpret technical documents and equipment specifications to ensure proper maintenance procedures
• Maintain safety standards and guidelines during all maintenance activities

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with automated equipment and PLCs is a plus
• Willingness to acquire NFPA 70E Certification if not already certified
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support overtime as needed
