What will you do? This position is responsible for effectively processing, maintaining, and updating employee data for the HCM System & OneUSG, with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to procedures. Duties and responsibilities include: performing transactions in OneUSG: hires, terminations, reporting changes, create positions; verification of employment, sending out separation notices Form DOL-800; serving as a first-level responder to emails and phone inquiries, reviewing and responding to all inquiries in the View email address on click.appcast.io email accounts; auditing and verifying data entered in the HCM system; running queries in the HCM to reconcile various transactions against data entered in job bank; other duties as assigned. Note: This position is located 100% on GSU's main campus in Downtown Atlanta. Disclaimer: This job requisition provides a high-level job definition. Minimum requirements: Associate's degree and one year of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience. Preferred requirements: Notary Public or able to become certified within 90 days of hire. At least 1 year of University System of Georgia (USG) or State of Georgia, Human Resources experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with visitors and team members.

Location: Atlanta Campus Shift: 8:30AM - 5:15PM Salary: $39,200 - $47,000 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Type: Full Time (Benefits Eligible)
