Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams. The unit supports a variety of patient populations, necessitating adaptability and strong communication skills. Candidates must be willing to float as needed and adhere to established patient experience metrics. A commitment to continuous improvement and participation in unit-specific training is highly desirable. Interested candidates should be prepared to work a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The dress code and required uniform will be discussed during the interview process.
