Hiring Manager

Northwest Ohio company looking for a Recruiting Manager.  This is a direct hire, salaried position.

Hiring Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $26.44 to $31.25 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Manage the full recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and new hire integration.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and maintain accurate job descriptions, postings, advertisements, and recruiting materials.
• Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and new hires and coordinate onboarding activities, including policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace expectations.
• Track and evaluate recruiting activities, candidate flow, hiring results, and staffing-related metrics to support workforce objectives.
• Assist with employee-related matters by maintaining documentation, gathering information, and coordinating with management and human resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential personnel and recruiting records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Hiring Manager Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, meet deadlines, and effectively handle a fast-paced workload.
• Working knowledge of employment practices, recruiting processes, and applicable labor and employment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn and utilize HR, recruiting, and payroll systems.
• Professional HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar credentials, are a plus.
