Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Compassionate Harmony, your responsibilities will include:

• Documenting clinical sessions accurately and timely in compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings for collaborative patient care, exchanging insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Providing psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment options, and available resources within the community.

• Staying current with advancements in the field of mental health to ensure that your therapeutic approaches are informed by the latest research.

• Maintaining a robust caseload of clients, implementing effective strategies to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, all while adhering to ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals experiencing severe emotional distress, grief, or complex mental health issues within a hospice setting.
