Customer Service Representative

Immediate need for a talented customer service representative. This is a 03 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Job ID: 26-11615 Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key Skills: Call center experience
Nice-to-haves: Managed Care experience
Participate in Outbound Provider Outreach Team
Support projects including:
Provider Data Accuracy
Rejected Claims Education
Product Awareness Campaigns (large campaigns coming soon)
Make telephonic outreach calls to providers
Document call outcomes accurately for tracking and reporting
Ensure outreach projects meet campaign deadlines
25 years call center experience
Proficient with MS Office and Teams
Customer service excellence in call center environment
Call center experience
Customer service skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Required: High School Diploma
25 years of call center experience
Customer service in a call center environment
Daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
