You will be responsible for managing a team of commercial cleaners and support staff, ensuring that client facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This role requires a proactive approach to team leadership, quality control, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor cleaning associates and support technicians. Build a cohesive, motivated team committed to high performance.Operations & Account Management: Conduct regular, detailed building walkthroughs and inspections to ensure all quality standards and contractual agreements are met or exceeded.Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for account representatives in your territory.
