Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Director of Risk Management to lead patient safety and risk programs, oversee claim management, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and the Patient Safety Council. The role collaborates with executive leadership to implement risk reduction strategies and ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and CMS regulations.
