Estate and Relocation Part Time Team Member

Responsibilities Sorting, organizing, and handling a lifetime of belongings with care Packing and unpacking items thoughtfully Helping resettle clients into their new homes in a way that feels familiar and comfortable Preparing items for donation, sale, shipping, or disposal Photographing and listing items for online auctions using a smartphone Staging and organizing homes for estate sales or move preparation Assisting with estate sales and auction pickup days Supporting clean outs to prepare homes for listing Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Communicating in a positive, respectful way with clients, families, and team members Treating all client belongings with care, respect, and confidentiality Team Member Profile Compassionate, patient, and naturally caring Reliable and show up when they say they will Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Comfortable working both independently and with a team Positive, flexible, and solution oriented Respectful of clients, their homes, and their situations Comfortable using a smartphone for basic tasks like photos and communication Ideal Candidates Retirees who want to stay active and give back Stay at home moms looking for flexible part time work Anyone who enjoys being active, staying organized, and helping others What We Offer Flexible part time schedule based on project needs Daytime hours, most projects take place during the week Starting pay at $19 per hour Active, hands on work with no desk required A supportive team environment where people help each other Physical & Work Environment On your feet for extended periods Bending, reaching, and climbing stairs Working in a variety of home environments, some clean and some more challenging Requirements Ability to lift approximately 25 to 30 pounds Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Availability Tuesday - Saturday Comfortable working in different home environments Flexible availability, as hours vary based on client needs Dependable attendance We are currently looking for team members who live locally, as our work takes place within the communities we serve, including: Chester, Cobalt, Colchester, Cromwell, Killingworth, Salem, Durham, East Haddam, Haddam, Higganum, Meriden, Middlefield, Middletown, Moodus, Portland, Rockfall, Amston, Hebron, East Berlin, Glastonbury, Berlin, New Britain, Rocky Hill, South Glastonbury, Wethersfield, East Hampton, Marlborough. #J-18808-Ljbffr Caring Transitions
