Travel: Potential Buffalo travel Required As per client need

Must Have Requirements

Critical

• Recent hands-on Generative AI engineering experience

• Experience building LLM-based applications

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) experience

• Agentic AI / Agent Framework experience

• Understanding of prompt engineering and prompt injection risks

• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks

• Strong software engineering background

• Ability to discuss recent GenAI projects in detail

Preferred

• LangGraph

• LangChain

• OpenAI / Anthropic experience

• Azure AI Foundry

• AWS Bedrock or Vertex AI

• CI/CD for AI solutions

• Financial Services or regulated industry experience

Red Flags

• AI experience older than 12-18 months with no recent work

• Theoretical AI knowledge only

• Unable to discuss hands-on GenAI projects

• Traditional developers with minimal GenAI exposure

• Offshore candidates

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance enterprise GenAI solutions

• Develop RAG pipelines and agent workflows

• Support AI platform enablement and governance controls

• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and testing frameworks

• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and future LLM providers

• Partner with platform and business teams on AI use cases
