What You'll Do:

• Lead and contribute to complex systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation activities.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, effective solutions, specifications, diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate development activities across projects, including planning technical work, estimating effort, monitoring progress, and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced team members while collaborating with technology, operations, business, and vendor teams.
• Evaluate technologies, processes, and application performance, recommending improvements that strengthen efficiency, reliability, security, and business outcomes.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in presenting to the target audience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recommending and implementing systems solutions.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience driving project milestones and delivery dates.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Net/C#, Angular, Helm charts Kubernetes.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Azure Cloud, Terraform.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in JAVA and React.

What Sets You Apart:

• Associate Degree.
• Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Good lateral thinking skills.
• Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
• Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
• Action-oriented.
• Pro-active.
• Advanced knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
