Revenue Engineer · Forward-Deployed

Our earliest design partners don't want a demo, they want SAGARIS running on their real pipeline. The forward-deployed revenue engineer is the person who makes that happen: in the customer's stack, in their workflow, turning a promise into something that works on Monday morning. This is the tightest feedback loop in the company. What you learn sitting next to a revenue team becomes the roadmap. You'll ship configuration and integration work directly, and you'll be the reason the product gets sharper every week. What you'll do Embed with design partners: integrate SAGARIS into their CRM, calls, texts and social, and get it delivering value fast. Configure agents to each team's motion, then tune them as trust grows. Be the voice of the field inside the company, translate messy reality into precise product input. Build the integration patterns and tooling that make the next deployment faster than the last. Own outcomes, not tickets: your customers succeeding is the job. What we’re looking for You're technical enough to integrate systems and script your way around problems, and comfortable in a customer's environment. You've worked directly with customers, forward-deployed, solutions, implementation, or founding-team GTM. You understand revenue teams: pipeline, CRMs, outreach, and how deals actually move. Strong communication, you can hold a room and write a clear follow-up. You thrive without a script and turn ambiguity into shipped outcomes. Nice to have Experience with GTM tooling (CRMs, dialers, sequencers, enrichment, RevOps stacks). A background that blends engineering and go-to-market. You've been early at a company selling into revenue teams. What success looks like In 3 months: your first design partners are live on real pipeline and getting value. In 6 months: your field learnings have visibly shaped the roadmap and the deployment playbook. In 12 months: onboarding a new customer is a fraction of the effort it took at the start. Benefits Meaningful founding equity, with a real stake in what you help build. Top-of-band cash compensation. We don't ask you to trade salary for story. Remote-first with deliberate in-person offsites; we optimise for deep work, not attendance. A hardware and home-office budget, plus whatever software makes you faster. Comprehensive health coverage and a genuinely respected time-off policy. Direct access to the founders and an outsized say in the roadmap and the culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr SAGARIS
