We're seeking friendly, reliable part-time, on-call event staff to support alumni reunion events at the U.S. Naval Academy. If you enjoy meeting new people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of an energetic and nostalgic atmosphere, we'd love to have you on board!This position will be hourly at $18.00/hour.As part of our event check-in crew, you'll help welcome alumni and guests, distribute materials, and set the tone for a memorable weekend. It's a great opportunity to work in a fun, mission-driven setting, reconnect with the Navy community, and be part of something special.This position offers flexible shifts, great team energy, and the chance to play a behind-the-scenes role in events that honor decades of tradition.ResponsibilitiesAssist classes with reunion check-in and/or tailgate check-in. Assist with guest on-site registration, managing lines, and distributing materials. Ensure smooth event flow by monitoring crowd behavior and providing general information. Help with stuffing/distributing reunion swag bagsQualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks. Must be professional and friendly, and customer-service oriented.Must be flexible as schedule will vary from week to week.Available for all reunion weekends, preferred.ScheduleReunion support is needed on the Reunion weekends.Typically, Friday afternoon and/or evening; Saturday late morning to late afternoon (depending on football schedule)There may be Thursday or Sunday events requiring check-in assistanceNot to exceed 8 hours/day but typically will be 5 hours or less.Apply: Please go to and apply on our website.The USNA Alumni Association and Foundation is an Equal Opportunity EmployerVeterans encouraged to apply
